We first contacted Qubix Technology when our server crashed and it was critical that we recovered the data that was on it, because we'd become sloppy with our backup routine and didn't have an up to date copy for restoration.

Qubix's technical support engineer was on site within an hour and quickly identified that the problem had been caused by a rogue Windows server update.

They were able to remove this update and to our relief the server was working again and our data was safe.

We spoke to them about how to improve our backup routine and they gave us plenty of options to choose from that suited our requirements.

I'm pleased to say that we have now been customers of Qubix Technology for two years and they continue to never let us down.

I was very impressed by the service I received from Qubix Technology and was pleasantly surprised by their honesty, having had a bad experience with a nearby computer repair company. I'd encountered numerous problems with my laptop reporting viruses and so forth, yet despite having paid another company to look at these problems - they remained.
