Equiinet NetPilot Internet Security have partnered with Qubix Technology to provide NetPilot Support for schools and businesses nationwide that are using not only the latest version six of NetPilot's operating system, but also legacy models running version's one, two, three, four and five.

We are the only authorised NetPilot Internet Security and Equiinet NetPilot Support provider that can offer dedicated hardware and software support on the entire NetPilot range from the legacy version one NetPilot, to the latest version six unit.

Our technical support desk have worked with NetPilot since 1998, provide the highest level of support and guidance on all major aspects of NetPilot hardware and software and our experience is second only to that of Equiinet NetPilot Internet Security.

We have experience on all versions of NetPilot from the original NetPilot Mark One through to the latest NetPilot Guardsman, NetPilot Vanguard, NetPilot Globemaster v6 UTM with NeoAccel UTM Products.

Why should you purchase a NetPilot Hardware Support Contract?

  • The Equiinet NetPilot is a specialist piece of computer hardware which has been designed to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Therefore, in the event of a problem with your NetPilot and you needed assistance - who would you call?

What would you do if the problem is deemed to be a NetPilot hardware problem and the NetPilot is still within it's 12-month manufacturers warranty?

  • The NetPilot would have to be returned to Equiinet NetPilot Internet Security for repair, and the repair time for this can be up to 30-days.

In the event that the NetPilot is out of it's 12-month manufacturers warranty?

  • A standard charge of £400 - £500 will be incurred and once again this repair can take up to 30-days.

Therefore, could you or your organisation run without E-Mail and Internet Access for up to 30 days?

  • Unlimited Support Calls
  • Remote support diagnostic facilities for NetPilot Software
    (** No advance hardware replacement is provided)
Option 2 - Telephone and Hardware Support
  • Unlimited Support Calls
  • Remote support diagnostic facilities for NetPilot software and hardware
  • Advance Replacement of NetPilot in the event of a hardware failure

If you have browsed the Equiinet website, you may have noticed that they also offer a support contract that can purchased direct from themselves.  However, this support contract does not provide an advance replacement NetPilot in the event of a hardware failure.

Service Level Agreement

  • Technical Support is available 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Exclusing Public Holidays)
  • Support Calls are responded to within four hours of the initial call being logged
  • Advance Hardware Replacements are despatched on a teimed next working day delivery reducing downtime.
